The Homes and Communities Agency (HCA), the national housing and regeneration delivery agency for England, has announced the completion of a 53-unit affordable housing project in Milton Keynes, UK. Built by Leybourne Homes, the project includes 18 two-bedroom apartments and 35 two, three and four-bedroom houses, available for rent.
The new homes are part of a 176 new-home development four miles from central Milton Keynes, and have been built to the code for sustainable homes level 3, designed to reduce water and fuel bills for residents.
Leybourne Homes managing director Russell Legg said that there is already a great sense of community spirit on the site that will undoubtedly continue to grow and the firm looks forward to working with Jephson Housing again in the future.
