Dandara is building a northeast Scotland distribution hub for French/German parcel firm DPD. The hub is on a four-acre site on Dandara’s own Badentoy North business park on the outskirts of Aberdeen.

Meanwhile, at Dandara’s nearby City South Office Park, construction of KCA Deutag’s new North Sea office headquarters is proceeding on schedule, alongside speculative office pavilions, some of which are already ready for occupation.

The projects are part of more than £40m of construction activity being undertaken by Dandara in northeast Scotland, which includes premises for Bibby Offshore and Forum Energy Technologies at Westhill.
