Galliford Try subsidiary Linden Homes has appointed two new regional directors.
In the Chiltern region, Shawn Moore has joined as production director. At Thames Valley, Philip Brady has been promoted to construction director.
Philip Brady, aged 53, joined Linden Homes in 2013 as construction manager. He is now responsible for construction site operations, including budgets, programmes and standards. He reports to the managing director of Linden Homes Thames Valley, Peter Carpinelli.
The new role for 36-year-old Shawn Moore is to improve standards and to increase housebuilding rates. He has joined from Barratt Homes where he was acting construction director. He reports to Linden Homes Chiltern managing director Adrian Simms.
Linden Homes group managing director Andrew Richards said: “Philip and Shawn have the experience and expertise to help Linden Homes meet its goals of boosting production, delivering quality homes, and promoting superior customer service.”
