Rik Kiddle has joined Terex Finlay from JCB as global business development and sales director. Rik Kiddle has had various sales and marketing roles at JCB, focusing on the waste, recycling and demolition industries. He is credited with developing the JCB Wastemaster range and was most recently responsible for the JCB Industrial business promoting the Teletruk product.

Terex Finlay, based in Northern Ireland but part of the USA’s Terex Corporation, produces crushing and screening machinery.

Mr Kiddle said: “I am very pleased to be joining Terex Finlay, a brand with a great history, excellent product range, respected global reputation, professional dealer network and ambition for the future. As we emerge from some recent turbulent market conditions around the world, I look forward to working with the team here and the dealer network around the world to take the business further forward in the coming years”.

Paul O’Donnell, global business line director, said: “The appointment of Rik is a welcome addition to our team and significant milestone in our continued growth and global expansion plans. Rik understands the complexity, has vast experience in developing, nurturing and growing a global dealer network and has proven business and leadership skills. He has held a variety of senior roles within JCB, developed new markets and products on a global basis, all ultimately focused on serving the customer. We look forward to Rik bringing that same customer focus and experience to Terex Finlay.”
