Osborne has completed Redbridge Railway Station platform renewal. The work saw Osborne refurbish platforms and undertake some upgrading works in very limited working windows, directly adjacent to a residential property.
At project hand back there were no snagging works to be completed and all of the Health & Safety File information had already been submitted, a model project from start to finish.
Osborne received praise from local residents as well as Southwest Trains and Network Rail. The project was predominantly completed over three 27 hour weekend possessions to carry out coper replacements and riser wall adjustments to all platforms, along with the resurfacing works on Platform 2. Platform 1 resurfacing was carried out during midweek line blockages due to direct access for materials to this platform.
