SeaBourn Cove, a new residential development being developed by Gulfstream Gardens LLC in Florida, is pursuing LEED Gold certification.

SeaBourn Cove will be a mix of apartments and town houses. The development will have a maximum of 456 residential units. The project is being developed on a 23 acre site in Boyton Beach. The project is anticipated to be among the largest multi-family schemes in the US pursuing LEED Gold Certification from The National Green Building Program. The project will consist of two to three stories high buildings, which will have single flats, varying in layout between 800 square feet apartments to three bedroom units including parking garages. The developer has chosen Two Trails Incorporated as the green building consultants and third party verifier for the residential scheme.
