Italian firm Smeg has introduced a new range of sinks in its new showroom in Melbourne, Australia.The collection includes the LD, LQV, and LV sink lines. The LD range features a pair of double bowl sinks available with and without drainer, and a single bowl and drainer model. The line sports a clean, square look with low profile lines and elegant curvy bowls. It also comes with various accessories such as sleek glass chopping board in black or silver tones, and a single and half bowl drainer/colander in stainless steel.
The hand-crafted LQV sinks imbibe a mimimalistic top-mounted style. The collection is formed in stainless steel complemented by a glass sliding work surface donning shades of silver or black. The line also comprises remote plug controls, as well as a square turning knob on the sink front which allows raising or lowering of the plug. Accessories available within the range include a stainless steel drainer/colander along with chopping blocks made of timber and polymer.
The LV collection dons a classic style featuring stainless steel single and double bowl sinks with or without raked drainers. The drainers incorporate a contemporary dimpled look. The line further consists of accessories like timber chopping boards and drainer baskets composed of stainless steel. The design of the range matches up with the four- and five-burner PGA stainless steel cooktops.
