Recently, the ZCC3000 crawler crane of ZOOMLION Heavy Industry Science & Technology Development Co., Ltd. is unveiled in Tianjin, which is used to boost the construction of the Project of National Convention and Exhibition Center (Tianjin).
In the operation, the ZCC3000 crawler crane successfully completed the first hoisting of the 92-ton roof truss of steel structure for the Project with its main arm of 30 meters and auxiliary arm of 24 meters for amplitude variation. The accurate, stable and reliable hoisting effectively guarantees the smooth progress of the Project, and the efficient and stable operation creates good economic benefits for the customer and wins the praise of it.
It is known that the Project of National Convention and Exhibition Center (Tianjin) is a cooperative project between the Ministry of Commerce and the Tianjin municipal government, and is the third national-level modern exhibition hall of the Ministry of Commerce followed by Guangzhou and Shanghai. After the completion of the Project, it will make the circum-Bohai-Sea region to echo each other at a distance with the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and the Yangtze River Delta region, and become one of the new engines of the exhibition industry. Located on the south bank of the middle reaches of the Haihe River in Jinnan District, the Project covers a total land area of 2.2 square kilometers and a total construction area of over 1.34 million square meters. The Project will be built in two phases, with 16 exhibition halls and comprehensive supporting areas in the first phase, covering a net exhibition area of 200,000 square meters. There are 23 planed supporting facilities around the Project, which are expected to be completed in the same period.
The roof truss of steel structure hoisted this time is located in the southwest platform of the Project. Due to the narrow construction site, and after the compact ZCC3000 crawler crane is in place, the hoisting of roof truss of steel structure was completed in an orderly manner with the main arm of 30 meters and auxiliary arm of 24 meters for amplitude variation. The whole process is very steady and smooth.
