Interbuild nv a Belgian operating company of Royal BAM Group nv, active in Flanders and Brussels for non-residential and residential projects – has won a contract to construct a multipurpose building in the station area of Bruges, Belgium. The client is Group GL and the contract value is €27 million.

The project includes the construction of 6,000 m² offices for end user Proximus (one of Belgium’s leading mobile telecommunications providers), a 111-room hotel, 48 apartments and private and public parking.

Interbuild is currently building offices, apartments and student accommodation with parking facilities and landscaping near Bruges railway station for the same client.

This next phase will rise next to the current project and is also designed by the Antwerp architects Crepain Binst Architecture. Construction work will start immediately. Interbuild will complete the first parts of the multipurpose building in early 2018.
