Skanska has started the first phase of the office complex Cph. Highline at Havneholmen in Copenhagen, representing an investment of DKK 412 M, approximately SEK 570 M.

At the same time, SAS Institute has signed a lease of 5,850 square meters, approximately one third of the Cph. Highline total office space of 16,600 square meters.

Cph. Highline consists of two projects with the total space of 31,500 square meters, which are being built in cooperation with KPC København A/S. The first phase will be completed in July 2020.

Skanska is one of the leading development and construction companies in the Nordics, with operations in building construction and civil engineering in Sweden, Norway and Finland, and developing residential- and commercial property projects in select home markets. The commercial development stream is also active in Denmark. Skanska offers services in public-private partnerships. Skanska had sales of about SEK 65 billion and more than 15,000 employees in its Nordic operations during 2017.
